Keyboard & Mouse
PC is the most flexible platform for Go-Go Town! with four-player online co-op and precise mouse camera control for zoning and decoration. Defaults follow common PC sim conventions; rebind in Settings if F or TAB conflict with other software. This page lists launch-default bindings — verify in-game after major patches.
Movement and camera
WASD moves your mayor character. Mouse controls camera pan and rotation; scroll wheel zooms. Hold sprint (Shift default) for faster traversal across large unlocked maps.
Right mouse button may adjust camera angle depending on patch — check Settings → Controls for the current camera rotate binding.
Interaction and phone
F interacts with shelves, NPCs, harvest nodes, trash, and quest objects. TAB toggles the mayor phone widget overlay for quests, blueprints, town stats, and EGO tree shortcuts.
Phone quests often require interacting with marked objects in the world — open the phone to sync markers before running across the map.
| Action | Default key |

Build and zoning
Enter build mode to place roads, buildings, decorations, and resource zones. Left click confirms placement; right click or Esc cancels. Some tools use number keys or mouse wheel to rotate pieces.
Precision zoning benefits from mouse painting — PC players often handle district layout while co-op partners stock shops on controller.
Co-op on keyboard
Online co-op uses Steam overlay for invites. Ping key (often middle mouse or Q — verify settings) marks locations for partners.
Local co-op on one PC may require second keyboard or a mixed KB+M + controller setup depending on support.
Accessibility tips
Rebind F if you use it heavily in other apps during streams. Consider back-button mouse keys for phone toggle if TAB feels far from WASD.
