TownCo Exports & Coin Flow
TownCo Exports were a core mid-game EGO engine in Early Access — fill phone orders, courier goods to the dock, collect Coins and blue currency. Patch 1.0.25831 removed the standalone Export feature in favor of coin-based decoration and ticket flows while many saves still reference TownCo branding on the phone. This updated guide explains what changed, how to profit after the shift, and when legacy export language in older guides still applies to ticket redemption rather than bulk shipment quests.
What patch 1.0.25831 changed
Prideful Sloth replaced bulk Export shipments with coin-based purchases for certain decoration and TownCo ticket paths. You still earn Coins from shops, tourism, Arizona duplicate sales, and rank tiers — but the export dock marathon loop is no longer the primary decoration gate.
Character customization and Town Hall vending pull from the same Coin pools. Cross-check items/collections and items/character-customization when planning spend.
If your save still shows export orders
Pre-patch saves may retain UI labels while rewards rebalance. Treat orders as bonus Coin+EGO bursts when they appear, but do not hard-lock progression on export-only recipes.
Automate processor chains anyway — couriers feeding shops remain the backbone regardless of export UI.
Post-Export income plan
Rank stars and Town Hall tiers (guides/town-rankings) replace some export EGO spikes. Treasure Hunting duplicates sold to Arizona funnel Coins during collection pushes.
High-margin shop stock and tourism landmarks sustain Coin income without export timers.
| Source | Post-25831 role | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Shops | Primary Coins | Courier automation |
| Town Hall tiers | Burst rewards | Claim before EGO spend |
| Arizona sales | Hunting duplicates | Pair with Collections |
| Legacy orders | Optional burst | Accept if stock ready |
Automation still matters
Depot networks built for export stockpiles now buffer shop restocks and hunting kit production. Keep Tier 3 couriers prioritized — see automation/couriers and tools/ego-planner.
Co-op note
Vice-Mayors with dock permissions should confirm patch-era UI before mass-canceling orders — co-op/permissions helps prevent accidental EGO spends instead.
