Cleanliness rank stars become harder without maintenance — sync worker districts with shop clusters.
Tier 5: Logistics upgrades
Courier speed, depot capacity, and secondary route slots typically land here. Upgrade before adding third resource zone far from hub.
Processor upgrades unlock higher-tier export goods for TownCo contracts.
Tier 6: Expansion enablers
Desert survival tools, cave traversal aids, or advanced terraforming may gate on Tier 6. Read pack descriptions before unlocking desert if costs starve courier upgrades.
